Change begins where excuses end.

Patience is a virtue…

I’ve made a couple more changes to the Weekly Meal Plan this week, adding a dessert, 2 kids lunch recipes, and a snack recipe to really round out your healthy diet for the week!  The only down fall is, it won’t be ready today, but by tomorrow morning.  It has been a busy day filled with the Crossfit Games Open and the dreaded Spring cleaning.  Come back soon…you’ll be glad you waited!
